Kia Motors has launched its new Carnival MPV. The ex-showroom price of this luxury car will be Rs 63.90 lakh. It was launched in single and fully equipped limousine as well as variants. It will be available in fully ready avatar (CBU). It has no direct competitor in the Indian market. Let us tell you that this is the second round of carnival in India. It entered the Indian market in February 2020. At the same time, 14,542 units were sold over 3 years. The former Carnival received 1,410 reservations on its first day. At the same time, 1,822 orders were received on the first day of the Carnival rebooking.

Speaking of the design of the Carnival, it looks quite big and sharp. The front end features Kia’s signature ‘tiger nose’ grille in black and chrome, LED ‘icicle’ headlights, starmap daytime running lights and LED fog lights. There are LED combination lights at the rear. There is also a hidden wiper at the rear. This MPV is equipped with 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. It offers two color options: Glacier White Pearl and Fusion Black.

The engine is coupled to an 8-speed automatic transmission. It has 4 driving modes: Eco, Normal, Sport and Smart. The Carnival measures 5,155mm in length, 1,995mm in width and 1,775mm in height. Its wheelbase measures 3,090 mm long. A 7-seater layout (2+2+3) is available inside the cabin.
Its interiors include independently operated 3-zone fully automatic climate control, infotainment/air conditioning swap switches, one-touch smart power sliding doors, dual curved surround screens with a 12 touch infotainment screen, 3-inch and another 12.3-inch, 12-speaker instrument cluster. A premium Bose audio system, 64-color ambient lighting and a dual sunroof are available.
For added safety, Carnival has 8 airbags, electronic stability control, hill assist control, front and rear disc brakes, emergency stop signal, vehicle stability management, a seat belt reminder for all rows, a parking distance warning (front, side and rear), a highline TPMS. And features such as trailer stability assist have been provided. ADAS Level 2 is also provided in this luxury car with 23 autonomous features.
