Chinese company BYD has launched its new eMax 7 electric car in the Indian market. The company has set its starting ex-showroom price at Rs 26.90 lakh. You will be able to purchase BYD eMAX 7 in two battery options. Additionally, it will be available in two variants. With eMax 7, the company replaced the previous e6 MPV. Many changes are seen outside and inside. Many new features have also been added. Reservations for eMax 7 had already started. It can be booked by paying a token amount of Rs 51,000.

Claimed range of 530 km on a single charge
eMax 7 was launched in 2 variants like Superior and Premium. It has battery options of 71.8 kWh and 55.4 kWh. The 71.8 kWh model claims to offer a range of 530 km. At the same time, the 55.4 kWh battery is said to have a range of 420 km on a full charge. On the other hand, the top version can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 8.6 seconds. While the premium variant can reach the top speed of 0-100 kmph in 10.1 seconds.
Luxurious interior and enhanced security
Talking about the interior of the eMax 7 and the available features, it will have 3 rows of seats compared to the e6. You can buy it in 6 and 7 seater configurations. The high-end version of the new eMax 7 comes with many exciting features. It includes a large 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless charger, air purifier, digital instrument cluster, panoramic sunroof, tailgate electric, automatic air conditioning, level 2 ADAS with 6 airbags.
