Kia India launched the new Carnival earlier this month. Its ex-showroom price is Rs 63.90 lakh. It was launched in single and fully equipped limousine as well as variants. It will be available in fully ready avatar (CBU). 1,822 orders were received on the first day of Carnival rebooking. The new Carnival is equipped with a 2.2-litre four-cylinder diesel engine, which generates a power of 190 hp and 441 Nm of torque. It is associated with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Now, according to the CarWale report, the mileage of the new Carnival is 14.85 km/l. This mileage is excellent in this segment.

Speaking of the design of the Carnival, it looks quite big and sharp. The front end features Kia’s signature ‘tiger nose’ grille in black and chrome, LED ‘icicle’ headlights, starmap daytime running lights and LED fog lights. Its wheelbase measures 3,090 mm long. A 7-seater layout (2+2+3) is available inside the cabin.
Its interiors include independently operated 3-zone fully automatic climate control, infotainment/air conditioning swap switches, one-touch smart power sliding doors, dual curved surround screens with a 12 touch infotainment screen, 3-inch and another 12.3-inch, 12-speaker instrument cluster. A premium Bose audio system, 64-color ambient lighting and a dual sunroof are available.
For added safety, Carnival has 8 airbags, electronic stability control, hill assist control, front and rear disc brakes, emergency stop signal, vehicle stability management, a seat belt reminder for all rows, a parking distance warning (front, side and rear), a highline TPMS. And features such as trailer stability assist have been provided. ADAS Level 2 is also provided in this luxury car with 23 autonomous features.
