Under Hyperservice, Ola will significantly expand its service network. This will help solve various problems that customers face with their scooters, such as long wait for service.

Features of Ola’s new hyper service

>> With the new service, Ola Electric wants to try to make its after-sales service to its customers better and faster. In an article on X, Agarwal revealed the company’s plans. Ola will increase the number of its service centers from 500 to 1,000 by December. This move will ensure quick and accessible repairs for Ola Electric users in India.

>> Ola plans to train 1 lakh third-party mechanics under its network partnership program. Along with this, these mechanics will be ready to service electric vehicles by December 2025.

>> Ola offers a one-day repair guarantee, during which if the repair is delayed, customers will receive a backup Ola S1 scooter. Customers with an Ola Care+ subscription will receive free Ola taxi coupons during vehicle repair.

Customers will benefit from home service
With the MOVEOS 5 update in October, an AI-based proactive maintenance service will be launched. This service will identify and resolve vehicle issues using remote diagnostics.
