The electric model of this successful SUV arrives, captured on camera for the first time! Tata Nexon EV will become an option

Mahindra’s all-new XUV 3XO has become a hit in the Indian market. It also became the third best-selling car in the company’s portfolio. In such a situation, the company is now preparing to offer its customers the opportunity to choose its electric version. Indeed, the electric model of this SUV was seen during tests. The photos that have surfaced have revealed new details about the exterior, interior, and features of this electric SUV. Reportedly, the company plans to launch it next year.

Talking about the electric model of the Mahindra XUV 3XO, its test mule was seen with the fascia, front fender and rear bumper covered in fabric. This indicates that changes can be observed in these locations of the car. The upcoming XUV 3XO EV is expected to receive a new bumper, revised fenders, new headlights and a charging port on the right front fender compared to its ICE version.

The information about the battery and motor of the Mahindra XUV 3X0 EV has not been revealed. It is believed that it may be offered with a 34.5 kWh and 39.4 kWh battery and a single electric motor, similar to the existing XUV400. The 34.5 kWh battery offers a range of 375 km and the 39.4 kWh battery offers a range of 456 km. Its starting ex-showroom price can be around Rs 15.50 lakh. Its direct competitor in India will be Tata Nexon EV.

Mahindra XUV 3XO Electric will also get new dual-tone alloy wheels. The interior design and features of the current Mahindra XUV400 are also seen in the latest car. As such, it will benefit from a two-tone black and white coating, a standalone touchscreen, a rotary dial for climate controls, steering wheel controls and a wireless mobile charger. It can also be equipped with a panoramic sunroof, premium Harman Kardon audio system, leatherette dashboard and door trim, leatherette upholstery, front fog light LED, front parking sensor.

It features a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, Adrenox connected car technology with Alexa built-in, online navigation, dual-zone climate control, a rearview camera, push-button start/stop, a tire pressure monitoring system, electrically folding exterior mirrors, height adjustment. Adjustable driver’s seat, automatic headlights and wipers, rear wiper, washer, defogger, roof rack and rear spoiler, ADAS level 2, 360 degree camera with blind view monitor, electronic parking brake with auto hold and refrigerated glove box.
