The company launched it with a dual battery. Its ex-showroom price has been set at Rs 4.5 lakh. This is the company’s second electric model in the Indian market. Before that, the company launched the CE 04. Sales of the CE 02 will begin soon.
Regarding the design of the BMW CE 02, it is completely different from other models on the market. It has a flat seat, which will remind you of the Kinetic Luna and the Hero Puck. However, its width is slightly greater. The seat extends to its handle. Thanks to which 2 people can sit there very comfortably. Talking about the power, it is paired with an air-cooled engine. It is equipped with a 1.96 kWh battery, capable of providing a range of 45 km with a speed of 45 km/h.
It has the option of using two batteries, which extends its journey. There is an option to add another 1.96 kWh battery to it, after which the scooter will easily cover a distance of 108 km in a single charge. Its maximum speed is 96 km/h. However, being a premium scooter, this range seems less. The CE 02 electric scooter can be fully charged in 5.12 hours using a 0.9 kW charger. Meanwhile, with a 1.5 kW fast charger, it will be fully charged in 3.5 hours.
Now let’s talk about the material of BMW CE 02 electric scooter, it uses double loop steel frame, equipped with USD and adjustable monoshock. This scooter from the company will run on 14-inch wheels. While for braking, a 239mm disc brake has been provided at the front and a 220mm disc brake at the rear. It has a one-button touch. At the same time, it also has an LCD screen.
